RULES: Haven Hot Springs, mile 76.5 Hwy 21, Lowman ID

BIG HOT POOL

1. NO PUBLIC ACCESS, persons entering the pool area without permission and/or appointment will be considered tresspassing. Haven Hot Springs is privately owned, with SELF SERVICE to AUTHORIZED GUESTS ONLY by pre-reserved appointment.
2. Access fee is $20/hour minimum, $10 per person after 2, plus tax (overnight guests half price) and processing fee; subject to increase at any time.
3. If you book, look for an email invoice sent by a human (not immediately!). You may be billed AFTER your soak! Enjoy your soak and pay later if you don't get an invoice before your soak time. Please check your email using wifi (haven password is beericecream) in lot if you didn't see it before you arrive. There is little-NO MOBILE PHONE CELL SERVICE on the way to or in Lowman.
4. Cancel ASAP if you must so we can reopen the slot. Fees will only apply if we can not rebook. Unpaid no shows can result in loss of soaking privileges.
5. NO GLASS, no animals and NO FOOD in the pool. Again, NO GLASS!!! Broken glass is nearly invisible underwater, could cause significant injury and will require draining of the whole pool. This is serious rule, violation can result in being BANNED. NO GLASS. Thanks.
6. If guest/neighborhood dogs visit, please tell them to go home. Pets are not allowed to swim, chew up pinecones, poop or beg you to throw tiny bits of bark or to tresspass unless they are Haven's pest patrol/guest greeting working animals including but not limited to chickens, dogs, or cats cats.
7. Pool Use is exclusively AT YOUR OWN RISK. Swimming is not recommended unless you understand the natural pure untreated water could become contaminated at any time by circumstances beyond our control, as in a lake or pond. Guests under 18 years old must have guardian sign verified release of liability for minors.
8. Should threatening biological material be introduced - such as feces, vomit, urine, blood or any other significantly unsafe situation - in the water, vacate immediately and notify us in person or by leaving a voice message at the phone by cafe. Close gate behind you. We will resolve and sanitize ASAP.
9. Canned beverages are allowed. Consume responsibly.
10. Pack in/Pack out. Lowman doesn't have trash service. Transfer station is 10 miles East, open 8-5 Thursday and Sunday.
11. Respectful, quiet behavior is expected.
12. Read and understand rules posted on changing room when you arrive.
13. Clean up after yourselves, including ashes/gum/bandaids. People go barefoot here. Use an ashcan if you smoke. DO NOT DROP ASHES ON DECK!
14. Do not rearrange flow bricks. If it's too hot or cold please notify us, by using phone outside cafe.
15. Drive to/from Lowman and at Haven carefully and respectfully.
16. Pets are allowed near (not in!) the pool. Keep them under control and picked up after. They may encounter dangerous/vulnerable wildlife and/or free range chickens/dogs/kids. We don't want them to be a victim of the highway, sharp hooves or roosters. Please don't bring if they won't be friendly or will bark much.
17. Bring your own towels, robe, flip flops, etc have a great time! :)
18. Swimwear is not required, birthday suits are allowed during PRIVATE soaks.

Motel Room Rules

1. Room Check in time is 4pm. Early check-in is rarely an option as we are often turning over all rooms.
2. No smoking in rooms, backyard, or breezeway. You may smoke on either end of the motel or at the pool during private soak reservations. Keep up all butts/ashes in butt buckets (old coffee cans here and there). $300 fee for a room left smoky. Do not dispose of butts or ashes in room.
3. Please check your private pool temp when you arrive and notify us if it isn't warm enough. You may cool it with the cold hose, but since this is inefficient/noisy please notify us before 7:30pm if it is very hot.
4. Quiet hours are from 10pm-9am. Please keep voices low indoors or out, and close doors gently.
5. Check out is noon. Late checkout fees may be charged if the room is not vacant at check out time.
6. Keep linens off floors and do not use towels or white wash cloths for wiping anything that may stain. Extra cleaning/replacement fees may be assessed if room/linens are heavily soiled.
7. Prevent making local creatures into pests by keeping food sealed or in fridge. Dispose of food outside only in tight lidded trash cans or in the morning. Ants, foxes, deer, elk, rodents and bears are all interested in your treats and will raid trash or come into your space if so enticed.
8. Thank you for sorting your recycling. Please divert reusable/recyclable items (plastic, cans, burnable, compost).
9. PETS are allowed but MUST declared and paid for. Fee is $25 for 1, $35 for 2. Do not leave pets unattended on the grounds or in your room. Keep them from harassing wildlife, people and our pets/chickens. Pick up any droppings with a plastic bag and tie closed before putting in OUTSIDE trash
10. Please refrain from using fragrances or spray sunscreens in the room.
11. Please let us know if the room is too cold. We may be able to turn up floor heat.
12. Please leave key near TV when you leave, and lock the door behind you.
13. If you cancel (use link at bottom of Pay to Confirm email), all fees will be refunded if your booking is 14+ days away, if under 13 days before check-in time we will refund AFTER the room re-books, or 50% if it does not rebook 7 days 48 hours to before check-in. No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in.

Camping Rules

1. Sites are first come, first choice - numbers are placeholders, not technically assigned to a space
2. Guest count must include all overnighters, including babies and kids and pets.
3. Be considerate and respectful to all - fellow guests, our staff, the grounds, plants and wildlife
4. RV/Camping check in at 2pm; check out time is noon. Late checkout fees apply ($10 per 15 minutes) if you are not cleared out on time.
5. Put fires dead out and do not leave them unattended. No big bonfires. Lowman has suffered enough and sudden wind gusts are common.
6. Firewood is available for sale. Do not pilfer Haven's firewood.
7. You may gather only needles/pinecones and small fallen branches to burn.
8. Do not burn anything plastic, filmy or coated or aluminium.
9. Do not cut branches off trees or shrubs or herbs.
10. Quiet hours are from 10pm-9am. Please keep voices low indoors or out.
11. Prevent making local creatures (including bugs) into pests by keeping food sealed up and secure, and dispose of food outside only in the morning.
12. Keep lights low and pointed down (reduce light pollution as we are in one of the few DARK SKY areas), please turn off after 10pm
13. Do not move lawn furniture/firepits without permission from staff, and put things back once moved
14. No shooting
15. No fireworks
16. No generators
17. Pets are allowed only if declared and paid for. Camping fee is $5 per pet.
    1. Do not leave pets alone wandering the grounds or in your tent/vehicle.
    2. Keep them from harrassing wildlife, people and our pets/chickens.
    3. Pick up any droppings with a plastic bag and tie closed before putting in OUTSIDE trash.
    4. Please use the 'dog parking' area while dining inside so you can see/hear them.
18. If you smoke, do so outside well away from building doors/windows. Put all butts/ashes in butt bucket or something disposable and discard in OUTSIDE trash (not the ground or campfires or pool deck)
19. Pool is open to OVERNIGHT GUESTS ONLY after 10pm until 7am. Day use is half price for overnight guests and must be reserved by the hour.
20. Read and follow other posted rules
21. WiFi may be available but is not guaranteed. Please don't hog the limited bandwidth (gaming/streaming).
22. If you cancel (use link at bottom of Pay to Confirm email), all fees will be refunded if your booking is 14+ days away, if under 13 days before check-in time we will refund AFTER the site re-books, or 50% if it does not. No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in.

Parking Rules

1. You can't stay overnight here when parking (instead, reserve lot camping). Please vacate premises immediately after parking if after 10pm.
2. Lock your car and conceal any valuables.
3. Leave a visible note with your paid invoice number on your dash.
4. Haven Hot Springs assumes no liability for your vehicle or personal items.
5. Park considerately - do not block mailboxes, gas pump, cafe entrance, motel, or pool.
6. If you need to park longer than expected you must notify us by texting 208.793.0630 to pay and ensure there will be space.

I agree to honor the rules and will educate and instruct my group to abide by them.
